		<description>am dumb too....but am thinking towards the line of why not buy an air ticket for one of the qualified doctors or other professional hailing from that African country he is interested in &#38; send him home to help us out....i am a VERY ardent supporter of the no-more-aid movement especially after having a deeper &#38; more practical hands-on insight in the non-profit world</description>

		<description>thank you so much for that in fact recently i was arguing with a friend about how if all the educated or enlightened Ugandans decided to take off &#38; flee for the "greener pastures" then who shall stay home &#38; pull the country up....reaspora is the way forward i tell you!!! change is a step at a time after all....baby steps even are helpful...</description>

		<description>thanks it is true in Kenya specifically ; where I am at all east africans pay the same tuition &#38; thats about where it stops there are other extra charges that you have to pay as a non-Kenyan that surely make a different &#38; may I add that till now they are debating on whether or not Rwanda &#38; Burundi should be considered as East Africans, I guess they were making too much by charging them in dollars!!!</description>
