		<description>am dumb too....but am thinking towards the line of why not buy an air ticket for one of the qualified doctors or other professional hailing from that African country he is interested in &amp; send him home to help us out....i am a VERY ardent supporter of the no-more-aid movement especially after having a deeper &amp; more practical hands-on insight in the non-profit world</description>
